The Incident Problem Manager will provide full support to ensure that all incident and problem management issues are followed through successfully by full liaison with IT support and change management teams to ensure that all incidents are followed through to completion and resolution in a timely manner .

We are looking for an experienced individual with superior communication and interpersonal skills , excellent analytical abilities and well developed people management ability .

An accreditation in ITIL or other service management best practice would be required .
